Last updated: July 31, 2026Orders are generally prepared within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays. During launches, pre-orders, or high-volume periods, processing may take longer. Any special timeline shown on a product page will apply to that item.
You will receive a confirmation after placing your order and a shipping notification when tracking becomes available.
We currently focus on shipping within the United States. Standard delivery generally takes 3–7 business days after the order leaves our facility. Carrier estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, holidays, or other delays outside our control.
Complimentary standard U.S. shipping applies to qualifying orders over $250 after discounts and before taxes.
Please review your delivery address before submitting an order. Contact us as soon as possible if a correction is needed; changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.
If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, check the surrounding delivery area and contact the carrier first. Then email us with your order number so we can help review the shipment.
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of confirmed delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of fragrance or marks, and returned with original tags and packaging.
To request a return, email hello@bendjy.com with your order number and reason for return. Please wait for return instructions before sending anything back.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection; your bank may require additional time to post the credit.
Items marked final sale, gift cards, worn or washed merchandise, and items returned outside the approved window are not eligible for return.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number plus clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and provide the appropriate next step.
